Australian Red Cross in Launceston is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store's strategic and daily operations while driving sales and elevating the customer experience. The role is permanent, part time (22.8 hours/week) with scheduling across 3 or 4 days and the support of an Area Manager.
You will coach staff and volunteers, shape local business strategies, manage stock flow and merchandising, and champion Red Cross values through exceptional service and community engagement.
