As a CoPilot Change Manager, you'll lead the successful implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-driven business solutions across a large enterprise environment. You'll work closely with business leaders and technical teams to deliver innovative AI strategies, automate business processes, and drive organisational change using Microsoft's latest technologies. Responsibilities:
Gather and analyse business requirements.
Design and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions.
Develop AI-powered business solutions using Azure AI and Power Platform.
Drive organisational change and adoption strategies.
Lead stakeholder workshops and executive presentations.
Deliver secure, compliant,
and scalable Microsoft AI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
Provide technical leadership throughout implementation projects. What We're Looking For:
Strong Microsoft 365 Copilot experience.
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio.
Azure AI Foundry expertise.
Power Platform automation experience.
Azure AI Services knowledge.
Business analysis and solution design experience.
Change management and AI adoption experience.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Workshop facilitation experience.
