Corporate & Commercial Lawyer Junior Corporate Commercial Lawyers with min 1-year pae, this role is a standout The only caveat is, you must have experience in both corporate commercial law in private practice, coupled with prior experience working with education sector or not for profits sector clients.

In this role you will continue to gain exposure to a broad mix of advisory, commercial and compliance matters, for schools, charities and related organisations.

The Role

You’ll support a diverse client base across the education and NFP sectors, on matters including:

- Advising on school regulation at both State and Federal levels
- Corporate governance issues (ACNC standards, Corporations Act, Associations Acts)
- Directors’ duties, conflicts of interest and board‑related matters




- Drafting and reviewing governing documents (constitutions, rules, board charters, policies)
- Preparing commercial agreements such as venue hire, sponsorships, related‑party arrangements and consultancy agreements
- Responding to regulator enquiries and advising on compliance issues
- Assisting with business structures and restructures, including companies, trusts and charitable foundations
