It’s an organisation where ideas drive impact, and where your work will be visible at the highest levels, well beyond the walls of the office. The Opportunity

Working directly with the CEO, you’ll shape how the organisation engages with government, industry, contributors and the community, protecting and enhancing its reputation while positioning it as a genuine partner of choice. It’s a rare blend of strategy and hands-on delivery. Prepare Board and Committee papers, and support broader governance and risk reporting

Support the CEO in implementing the organisation’s business plan and strategy What You’ll Bring Substantial experience in corporate affairs, communications or public affairs

Political awareness and the credibility to engage confidently with government, industry and community leaders

Solid issues-management instincts and experience briefing senior executives A track record of managing agency and supplier partners as an extension of your own team

Hands-on digital capability and corporate social media experience A self-starter’s mindset: organised, detail-oriented and equally effective solo or in a team

Tertiary qualifications in communications, public affairs or a related field, and a willingness for occasional interstate travel What’s On Offer Purpose-driven work with visible, measurable community impact A diverse mix of campaigns and initiatives delivered nationally A genuine leadership role with direct access to the CEO and Board

Competitive remuneration and attractive not-for-profit salary packaging

Hybrid working arrangements How to Apply For a confidential conversation about the role please share your CV and we’ll touch base to discuss if relevant for this opportunity.
