MRA Search is seeking an experienced corporate & commercial lawyer to join the Sydney office of a leading international law firm with a globally recognised practice across real estate, transport, energy and infrastructure. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm whose international pedigree and sector focus set it apart from the traditional full-service firms.

The reporting partner leads one of the firm's Asia Pacific Groups from Sydney and advises clients across the region on hotel and resort acquisitions, sales, fund structures and capital raisings, joint ventures, contracts, leases, co-ownership schemes and franchising, M&A;, and general corporate advisory.

The role offers exposure to sophisticated cross-border transactions across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

About you

- 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in corporate transactions and/or general commercial law.




- A genuine interest in the firm’s sectors focus.
- Australian-qualified with good academic credentials.
- Solid drafting and analytical skills with the ability to work autonomously within a small, collegiate team.
