What you'll handle:

Advise on public and private M&A;, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures for private equity sponsors and corporate clients. Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and shareholder agreements. Manage transactions from due diligence through closing. Work directly with sponsors, boards, and counterparties on complex deal structures.
