Zycus is seeking an experienced Country Sales Director to lead and grow our Australia business. This leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise sales, acquiring net new customers, leading and developing the local sales organization, and executing the go-to-market strategy to accelerate revenue growth across the region.

The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales leader with deep experience selling complex SaaS solutions into large enterprises. They will inspire a high-performing sales team, build executive customer relationships, and work cross-functionally to consistently exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Own the overall sales strategy and revenue performance for the Australian market.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding strategic accounts.

Drive consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Build and execute territory and account strategies to maximize market penetration across Australia's largest enterprises.

Personally engage with C-level executives and support strategic enterprise opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

Ensure a strong pipeline through collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, Alliances, and Partner teams.

Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and sales governance.

Foster a high-performance sales culture built on accountability, coaching, and execution excellence.

Partner closely with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Professional Services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic consulting, technology, and channel partners to accelerate market growth.

Monitor competitive trends, customer needs, and market dynamics to refine sales strategy and identify recent growth opportunities.





Represent Zycus at executive forums, customer meetings, and industry events across Australia.

Required Qualifications

15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including at least 5 years leading enterprise sales teams.

Proven experience leading sales teams selling enterprise SaaS or cloud software into Australia's largest organizations.

Demonstrated success consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar annual sales targets.

Strong track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with C-suite executives.

Experience building and coaching high-performing enterprise sales teams.

Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and strategic selling skills.
