Credit Collections Officer Location

Salary: $75-80k super

Hybrid: 2 days WFH We're looking for a Credit Collections Officer to join a supportive finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced collections environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing a high-volume customer ledger.
- Contacting customers via phone and email to recover outstanding payments.
- Resolving account queries and payment disputes.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and collection notes.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve collection issues.
- Minimising bad debts and supporting month-end collection targets.

About You

- Previous experience in credit collections or accounts receivable.




- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing a busy workload and working to deadlines.
