At SolaSpot, we do things differently.

We're a growing Adelaide manufacturer designing and building premium illuminated house plaques that are sold Australia-wide. Every product is custom made in our Parafield workshop using modern equipment and quality materials.

This isn't repetitive factory work. Every plaque is individually customised, manufactured, assembled, quality checked and prepared for dispatch by our small team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing consistently high-quality work and wants to become an important part of a growing Australian manufacturing business.

About the role

This role is about far more than simply assembling products.

You'll work closely with the business owner and our production team to manufacture premium custom house plaques while helping maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect from SolaSpot.

As we continue to grow, you'll play an key role in improving our production systems, maintaining quality and helping us build an efficient manufacturing operation.

You'll be involved in a variety of tasks including:

- Preparing production artwork using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator

- Manufacturing premium custom illuminated house plaques

- Vinyl cutting, application and final assembly

- Operating laser and CNC equipment (experience beneficial but training provided)

- Carrying out quality control throughout the manufacturing process





- Assisting with workshop organisation and production workflow

- Packaging and preparing completed customer orders for dispatch

- Contributing ideas to improve efficiency, workflow and product quality

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on and takes pride in producing exceptional work.

Ideally you'll have

- Previous experience within the signage industry

- Experience using CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Illustrator

- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple jobs throughout the day
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a small team

Experience operating laser or CNC equipment would be highly regarded but isn't essential, as training can be provided.
