About The Role As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be a first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional B2B service across phone, email and online channels. You'll manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders and delivery coordination while supporting supplies sales activities and building strong customer relationships.
Working collaboratively across the business, you'll help drive customer satisfaction,
business growth and operational excellence, all while demonstrating The Matthews Way.
About You
- Experience in customer service, sales support or administration.
- A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
- Solid organisational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Qualifications in Business, Customer Service, Sales or a related field (desirable).
