Qualifications &

Experience High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of customer service experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email,
