Our flagship product, Air-Weigh®, is an advanced on-board weighing system designed for trucks and semi-trailers. This cutting-edge technology delivers real-time, accurate load data—helping customers improve efficiency, compliance and decision-making.

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer & Installation Coordinator to become the central point of contact for our Air-Weigh customers

This is a varied role where you'll manage customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, installation bookings and after-sales support, ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to installation.

You'll work closely with customers, installers and internal teams, keeping jobs on track and providing outstanding service at every stage of the process.

What You'll Be Doing

- Responding to customer enquiries and providing product information
- Preparing quotations and processing sales orders
- Coordinating installation bookings with customers and installation partners
- Providing customers with updates throughout the sales and installation process
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and tracking information
- Managing invoicing and associated administration tasks
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders
- Supporting after-sales enquiries and customer requests




- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

- Experience coordinating installers, technicians, contractors or external service providers
- Experience scheduling jobs, services or field-based work
- Exposure to automotive, transport, manufacturing or electrical industries
- Experience managing compliance documentation and tracking workflows
