Production Assistant x3 (Electrical Trades assistant roles)

Join a well-established manufacturer of special-purpose, niche industrial equipment, operating from a state-of-the-art production facility in Warriewood.

We’re looking for 3 x motivated Production Assistants to support a team of experienced Engineers in a hands‑on production workplace. This is a genuine entry-to-trade / long‑term pathway role with structured training provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Shadowing and assisting technicians and engineers (mechanical and electrical).
- Learn and get trained to read simple CAD drawings.
- Inspect, test, and wire small engineering equipment.
- Use of power tools and equipment within the production plant.
- Communicate with the team to produce tidy, detailed products.
- Assisting with the setup and operation of machinery.
- Building and modifying specialised equipment.
- Following a formal, structured training program.
- General workshop and production support.
