Your Role

As an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, you will be pivotal in executing complex M&A; deals, capital raisings, and strategic advisory mandates. You’ll work closely with senior bankers and clients, gaining frontline exposure to significant transactions and developing a deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Modelling & Analysis: Build and maintain complex financial models to support deal evaluation and execution.
- Due Diligence & Research: Conduct deep-dive industry research, financial statement analysis, and competitive benchmarking to assess investment opportunities.
- Deal Execution: Support senior team members in executing transactions, coordinating workflows,



and ensuring smooth deal progress.
- Client & Investor Materials: Prepare compelling pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction-related documentation.
- Market & Industry Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and provide valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients, attend meetings, and assist in managing key relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Valuations, or M&A; Advisory.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
- Solid communication and presentation skills – ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- A self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for investment banking, financial markets, and executing high-value transactions.
