The opportunity: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Support Team in Wagga Wagga. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients - setting the tone for every visit with a warm welcome and reliable support behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:
- Greeting and supporting clients with a warm, professional approach
- Coordinating patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Managing phone and email enquiries with explicit, friendly communication
- Processing patient billing and payments
- Learning on the job, with training and support from a team that shares the load
What you'll bring:
- A genuine willingness to learn and keep developing
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- A results-driven approach, with the initiative to find solutions
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A great phone manner and natural people skills
- Proficient with computer systems
- A current driver's licence
- Flexibility to work a mix of evenings and early mornings within our operating hours (Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 6:30 pm).
