Key responsibilities include:

- Lead & Coordinate - Supervise all food production activities and contribute creative input for promotions.
- Maintain Quality & Efficiency - Ensure responsible purchasing, proper storage, portion control, and minimal waste.
- Kitchen Operations & Equipment - Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment, ensuring proper use and timely maintenance.
- Team & Training - Foster strong relationships across departments and oversee staff training programs.
- Financial & Compliance - Support kitchen financial management, drive HACCP standards, and uphold cleanliness and hygiene protocols.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in In Room Dining or similar




- Ideal for a Chef de Partie looking to make the next step in their career
- Robust culinary skills with a focus on quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
- An innovative and enthusiastic approach to menu planning.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety.
