Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management.

- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient conditions.

- Assist in emergency procedures and stabilization of patients.

- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions and care plans.

- Support department objectives and uphold facility protocols.

Qualifications





- Active RN license in Minnesota and ability to start promptly.

- Minimum of 2 years' ER experience and prior Med/Surg experience.

- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC. PALS preferred.

- Adept in managing trauma level IV, STEMI, and Stroke center requirements.

- Proficiency in Point Click Care (PCC) or similar charting systems.

- Flexibility with rotating shifts including holidays and every other weekend.
