Join A large and well-regarded government agency and plays a key role in delivering Exceptional customer service and procurement support across the business.We Are currently seeking 2 Experienced Service Advisors to join a busy business Connect team for an initial 6-month Contract, based in Parramatta with a hybrid work arrangement
Your new role
As A Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Service Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for Procurement and purchasing enquiries from employees, managers and suppliers. You will provide advice, support and issue resolution while delivering a high Level of customer service and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include
- Providing advice and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Managing service requests and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Supporting the adoption of new systems and processes
- Maintaining accurate records and service documentation
- Building strong relationships across the business and with suppliers
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a customer service, shared services or service delivery environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira
- Exposure to Dayforce or similar HR/payroll systems are highly regarded
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience preferred
