Customer Service Manager

Catalano Interiors, located at 160 Fulham Road, Alphington, VIC 3078, is a family-

run business with over 50 years of experience in the furniture industry. We are dedicated to offering high-quality, stylish pieces that transform a house into a home.

Our Alphington location, situated in the North East of Melbourne, is the first outlet store open to the public, featuring a variety of factory seconds and clearance furniture and homewares.

Position: Customer Service Manager (Full-time)

We are seeking

A highly qualified, motivated, and enthusiastic individual with the relevant qualifications and experience to join our team as a full-time Customer Service

Manager.

Skills and Experience

 Proven supervisory and management abilities

 Ability to directly supervise and lead staff

 High-level customer service skills demonstrating courtesy and empathy





 Understanding of business management and customer experience optimization

 Computer literacy

 Strong interactive and communication skills

 Conflict management skills

 Ability to work effectively in a team

 Keen eye for detail and ability to elevate service standards

Qualifications

Australian Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or higher in a relevant field

Experience in customer service is desirable

Computer knowledge is desirable

Remuneration

The successful candidate will receive a salary of $75,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation.
