The Recruitment People are currently assisting a national business who are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their Sunshine Coast team.

This is a varied, fast-paced position where you'll become the central point of contact for customers, field staff and internal stakeholders, ensuring day-to-day operations continue to run efficiently.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing inbound customer enquiries.
- Processing customer orders and account requests.
- Assisting customers with account enquiries and payments.
- Resolving customer concerns and providing practical solutions.
- Liaising with field staff and contractors regarding customer requirements.
- Following up outstanding enquiries and customer callbacks.
- Maintaining accurate customer information and documentation.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
- Assisting with operational tasks that help keep the office running efficiently.

This is a busy,



hands-on role where you'll work closely with both customers and operational staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About You

You'll ideally have

- Previous experience in customer service, administration or office coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a calm approach under pressure.
- Confidence managing challenging customer conversations.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn recent systems quickly.
- A proactive attitude with the confidence to work independently.
