About Your New Role In this role, you will be the go-to person for our customers, ensuring orders are processed smoothly and enquiries are handled professionally. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver outstanding service, assist with product selection, and support day-to-day branch operations.

About Your New Role

- Accurately process and manage customer sales orders.

- Liaise with internal teams to confirm and coordinate orders.

- Respond professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.

- Provide friendly, efficient service at the sales counter.

- Assist customers with product selection and prepare accurate quotations.

- Support the Branch Manager with sales and administrative tasks.

- Build solid relationships with customers and provide product guidance based on their needs.

About You

- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.





- Previous experience or knowledge within the construction, building, trade or building supplies industry will be highly regarded.

- An understanding of building products, materials or construction environments would be advantageous.

- Attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and quotations.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

- Previous retail, trade counter, sales or customer service experience is a plus.
