We're seeking a driven and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to play a key role in growing our business with established and recent accounts. ABOUT THE ROLE You will be pivotal to our business. This is a varied role that combines customer engagement, deliveries and operational support.

The main focus of this important role includes:

- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Provide exceptional service and product advice to customers (full training will be provided).
- Deliver products safely and professionally to customers.




- Consignment and stock rotation at customer sites
- Accurately pick, and pack daily deliveries
- Accurately complete sales paperwork in a timely manner

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5.00pm (40-hour week) with Rostered Saturday mornings (paid at penalty rates) WHAT DO YOU NEED?

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

- Licensed to drive a manual vehicle preferred, but not essential
- Forklift and MR licenced (or willing to obtain)
- Physically fit & able to lift heavy items repetitively
- Able to build strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Computer literacy for reporting and customer management
- Able to have fun while working hard
