MaxiMax Education and Migration Services is looking for a passionate Tagalog-speaking Customer Service & Education Support Officer to join our growing Melbourne team.

If you enjoy helping people, have excellent communication skills, and love working in a multicultural environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

- Assist prospective students with course enquiries and study options in Australia and New Zealand.
- Guide clients in selecting the most suitable education pathway based on their goals.
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face consultations.
- Support student admissions by collecting documents and coordinating applications with education providers.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Work closely with our admissions and migration teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who ✅ Speaks Tagalog and English fluently.

✅ Is currently based in Melbourne and has work rights

✅ Has experience in customer service, sales,



education consultancy, admissions, or a related field (preferred but not essential).

✅ Enjoys building relationships and helping people achieve their education goals.

✅ Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

✅ Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
