The Role
We're on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Administrator for a 12–14-month maternity leave cover. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll be a part of a small, cooperative team that processes orders and manages enquiries via phone and email. This role will work closely with the Customer Service Team Leader to monitor process improvements across the AU Customer Service Operations.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday at our Banyo location in Brisbane.
To perform this role successfully you will be able to demonstrate in your work history that you have:
- Confidence managing customer enquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Accurate data entry skills to keep our systems running smoothly.
- Experience supporting sales and order enquiries.
- Speed and precision in entering sales orders.
- A history of, or willingness to experience, leadership responsibilities across a small, collaborative team.

- Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
- Fast and accurate alpha-numeric data entry in a busy environment.
