ACM Processing (ACM) is an established Dairy Food Manufacturing business located in Girgarre in Northern Victoria. We take pride in producing award-winning dairy products across a diverse portfolio including Cream, Cheese, Butter and Skim Milk Powders. Our site operates to high standards of quality, safety, and technical precision, supplying products to domestic and global markets.

We are currently seeking Dairy Operatives to join our manufacturing team on a fixed term contract basis for the upcoming season.

We welcome applicants with previous manufacturing or dairy processing experience, particularly those familiar with dairy hygiene standards and food safety systems. For the right candidates, we're also open to applicants without experience who can demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Full on-job training is available for motivated individuals who have the right attitude and attention to detail.

Applicants must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, with paid shift penalty rates applicable.





Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): -

- Liaise with all factory departments to ensure total co-operation
- Basic plant/machine operation (including set up & dismantling for cleaning)
- Take samples and perform all required Process Control testing
- Data collection and record keeping (log sheets)
- Manual cleaning and operation of Cleaning In Place (CIP)
- Responsible for all quality requirements
- Compliance with all SOP’s, GMP and safety requirements
- A willingness to learn and solid attention to detail A current forklift license would be preferred, but not essential.
