Your role
You'll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of around 160 residential properties, managing them end-to-end with plenty of support behind you. This is a business that believes Property Managers should be supported not stretched.
What we're looking for
- 2 + years' experience as a Residential Property Manager
- VIC Agents Representative Certificate
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for real estate
- Reliable, professional and enjoys working in a team
