Three Points Core Support & Services Pty Ltd is currently seeking Casual Support Workers (Male & Female) to join our growing team in Townsville , Queensland.

These roles involve providing in-home support services within the aged and disability care sectors.

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for these positions.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

- Providing personalised, high-quality support to clients, including:

- Assistance with daily living activities

- Personal care

- Community access and social engagement

- Advocating for clients’ rights while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing

- Following all organisational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

- Working collaboratively with the wider care team to implement individualised support plans

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

- Actively participating in training and career development





A Working with Vulnerable People Check must be obtained within 30 days of commencement .

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year experience in aged care and/or disability support (essential)

- Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by people in aged and disability care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach

- First Aid & CPR certification (must be held prior to commencement if not current)

- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

- Relevant Certificate III qualification (desirable but not essential)
