One Drop Brewing Co is South East Sydney’s first independently and locally owned brewery, proudly established in Botany, NSW. The brewery focuses on crafting distinctive, high-quality beers that reflect the local community and its tastes.

We are currently looking for a in office, full-time Bookkeeper and Administrative all-Rounder to cover a 1-year maternity cover position.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Perform daily bank reconciliations

Process payroll and superannuation

Prepare and lodge BAS

Maintain and reconcile general ledgers

Assist with month-end and year-end reporting

Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in XERO

Prepare employment contracts for new hires, onboard them into core systems

General administrative support logistics, wholesale, export and retail areas

Customer service support for retail and wholesale customers

You don't need to know every system on day one - full onboarding and hands-on training for our software and systems will be provided.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ bookkeeping experience

Strong proficiency in XERO (essential)

Solid understanding of Australian accounting principles and GST/BAS requirements

Experience with payroll processing and Fair Work obligations

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Background in customer service and/or excellent spoken and written communication skills

Microsoft Office competency expected
