Remuneration: $81,748.16 - $114,771.98 per annum Hours Per Week: 38(Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing As a Registered Nurse within the Outpatients Department, you will provide high-quality, person-centred, evidence-informed nursing care that promotes positive patient outcomes.

- Working collaboratively with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care while maintaining the highest skilled and clinical standards.
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Provide timely, accurate clinical documentation and maintain patient records in accordance with NSW Health requirements.

- Collaborate effectively with patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality outpatient care.
- Support and mentor Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and colleagues while contributing to a positive team environment.
- Promote continuous quality improvement, evidence-based practice and compliance with professional standards, policies and the NSW Health Code of Conduct.

- Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)




- Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD
- Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
- Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems
