They're looking for an experienced Data Science Lead who can combine technical excellence with commercial thinking to lead a talented team and deliver intelligent solutions that influence real business decisions.

This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, mentor high-performing data scientists and work alongside senior leaders to turn ambitious ideas into production-ready machine learning products.

What you'll be doing

You'll lead a team of five Data Scientists, guiding projects from concept through to deployment and continuous optimisation. Working across technology, product and commercial teams, you'll ensure data science initiatives deliver measurable value while helping mature AI capability across the organisation.

You'll be responsible for

- Leading the delivery of production-grade machine learning solutions
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a high-performing team of Data Scientists
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can create commercial value
- Driving best practice across the full machine learning lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring and governance




- Translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business outcomes
- Improving delivery through scalable processes, automation and modern tooling
