We are now seeking a Yardperson/Pre delivery/Trades assistant to join our team at Acacia Ridge, working within our Pre Delivery, Mechanical and Engineering departments
- Training will be provided
About you:
- Basic mechanical aptitude OR willingness to learn
- Ability to work within a team while showing individual strength and ability
- Ability to learn quickly and get the job done
- Great reliability and honesty with good attendance record
- High level of attention to detail and quality
- Must have a valid and current driver’s license
About the position:
- Carrying out Pre-Delivery inspections of new and used vehicles
- Detailing trucks if required
- Assisting in sandblasting if required
- Assisting tradesman within our mechanical workshop
- Conducting general vehicle book in repair orders, and final quality control checks.
- Assisting with vehicle detailing when required
- Working in a team environment
- Following correct procedures to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensuring the highest level of WHS is followed at all times
