About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery / Operations Lead to drive delivery execution , operational governance , stakeholder management , and strategic initiatives across the Cards & Payments domain.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Credit Card Products , Card Issuing Operations , Payment Processing , Scheme Management , and Vendor Management , with a proven ability to deliver results in complex banking environments .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Cards & Payments initiatives.
- Drive execution , governance , operational readiness , and risk management .
- Manage relationships with payment schemes , payment processors , and operational vendors .
- Oversee Card Issuing Operations , including Authorization , Clearing , Settlement , and Payment Processing .
- Ensure compliance with payment scheme operating rules , mandates , and industry standards .
- Assess operational impacts , identify delivery risks , and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Business , Technology , Operations ,



and External Partners to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Drive vendor governance , commercial engagement , and service performance .
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence key business decisions.

Required Experience

- Extensive experience in Cards , Payments , Product Operations , Scheme Management , or Payment Processing .
- Strong understanding of Credit Card Products and Card Issuing Operations .
- Experience managing Visa , Mastercard , Payment Processors , or Operational Vendors .
- Strong knowledge of Authorization , Clearing , Settlement , Reconciliation , and Payment Processing .
- Good understanding of Payment Scheme Operating Rules and Compliance Requirements .
- Proven experience delivering large-scale initiatives within Banking or Financial Services .
- Strong Commercial Acumen and Vendor Management experience.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management , Communication , and Leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced delivery environment.
