We're looking for an enthusiastic Dental Assistant with reception experience to join our modern dental practice in South Melbourne. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment, and want to be part of a positive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Whether you're an experienced Dental Assistant or have recently completed your training and are eager to learn, we provide ongoing support and mentorship to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a diverse role combining both chairside assisting and reception duties, including:

- Chairside dental assisting across a range of procedures
- Instrument sterilisation and infection control
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical standards
- Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
- Managing appointments, phone enquiries and patient records
- Processing HICAPS claims and payments
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice

About You We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional and reliable
- Passionate about patient care and teamwork
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
- Experienced in dental assisting




- Confident with reception and administrative duties
- Familiar with D4W software and HICAPS (preferred but not essential)
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is desirable but not essential
