The Role The Operations Manager will report to the Head of Operations and oversee operational performance across our regional clinic network. Based in Perth with regular travel to clinic sites, you will keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, support our clinic teams and maintain consistent, high standards of care as the practice grows.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage day-to-day clinic operations across the network, optimising patient flow and service standards
- Support clinic teams, coordinating staffing and scheduling across locations
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to integrate clinical and non-clinical workflows
- Monitor KPIs, manage resource allocation and drive process improvements
- Oversee procurement, logistics and supply chain management across clinics
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and standards
- Liaise with external partners and vendors
- Report regularly to senior leadership on operational outcomes

About You

- Prior operations experience in a dental clinic or wider healthcare setting (essential)
- Proven people-management skills across multiple teams or sites
- Robust organisational, planning and problem-solving ability
- Confident with performance data and process improvement
- Comfortable travelling regularly to regional clinic locations
