Lightwood Dental is looking for a confident and experienced team member to join our practice in a full time Dental Reception & Assisting role.
ABOUT YOU
- Full-time position only
- Previous dental reception experience is essential
- Dental assisting experience is preferred
- Applicants with nursing experience but no dental assisting experience are welcome to apply
- Confident working in a busy dental practice
- Excellent patient communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, organised and team-focused
THE ROLE The position will include:
- Dental reception
- Appointment bookings and recalls
- Answering phones and patient enquiries
- Treatment plan coordination
- Payments and general administration
- Assisting dentists during procedures
- Clinical room preparation and sterilisation
- Supporting the dental team with nursing/assisting duties
