Margaret River, WA MN Dentistry is looking for a caring and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our close-knit team in beautiful Margaret River.
This is a permanent part time position working:
- Wednesday & Friday
- 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a modern, patient-focused dental practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients with a warm and friendly attitude
- Managing appointments and the daily schedule
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting with general administration duties
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure the day runs smoothly
Previous dental reception experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person who has outstanding customer service and administrative experience.
