Role Description The Deputy Project Manager supports the delivery of a multi-billion complex Defence capability project within a high‑tempo, multidisciplinary project office. Working alongside the Project Manager, you will help coordinate planning, governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the project meets its schedule, cost,



and performance requirements.

This role is ideal for someone with Defence experience who thrives in structured environments, understands Commonwealth project rhythms, and can operate confidently across technical, commercial, and stakeholder domains.

Qualifications

- Project Management or engineering

Experience

- Experience working within Defence (3+ years)
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- MS Office Suite

Security Clearance

- NV1 minimum
