This is a great opportunity for a Design Architect who wants greater ownership of the early project stages and the chance to turn an initial brief into a clear, commercially sound design response.
Working alongside the Design Director, you’ll generate concepts and guide them through to DA. This will include testing planning outcomes, built form and layouts, then presenting the scheme clearly to clients, consultants and approval authorities.
The pipeline includes regional and neighbourhood shopping centres, commercial developments and assets owned by major national property groups, including GPT. The practice is also delivering new-build co-living projects with integrated retail, offering a varied mix of established assets and ground-up developments.
The role would suit someone with a strong design eye who understands how to balance creativity, planning requirements and commercial objectives. You’ll need the confidence to develop ideas, respond to feedback and maintain clarity as the scheme progresses.
