Join this well-known and fast-growing Australian fintech company that is seeking a Design Director to lead and elevate its in-house creative team. Working closely with the Creative Director, you will drive the creative vision across brand, campaigns, product, and digital experiences.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary in-house design team, remaining hands-on on key projects.
- Translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints while driving innovation and design excellence.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and senior stakeholders; confidently present creative direction.
- Oversee workflow, resourcing,



and delivery to ensure projects are executed to a high standard.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of design and leadership experience in an agency or in-house environment.
- Strong portfolio spanning digital, brand, and campaign work.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; solid understanding of UX/UI, motion, and digital channels.
- Familiarity with AI tools including Claude, Higgsfield, and OpenAI.
- Experience in tech and financial services is highly regarded.
