Wagners is seeking a motivated and organised Quarry Administrator to join our team at our Wellcamp Quarry.

In this varied role, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the quarry through weighbridge operations, customer service, transport coordination and general administration.

About the Role

- Managing the quarry weighbridge, including weighing and ticketing trucks
- Processing customer orders and coordinating deliveries
- Liaising with internal transport and external haulage providers
- Entering production data and preparing daily reports
- Raising purchase orders and processing goods receipts
- Processing staff timesheets
- Maintaining stockpile and production records
- Coordinating material test requests with the laboratory
- Assisting with quality, safety and compliance documentation

About you

- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail




- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support a variety of administrative tasks
- Previous experience in quarrying, transport, logistics or a similar industry is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
