Rufus & Coco is a global Pet care brand on a genuine growth run offering personal care for pets and is sold across grocery, pet specialty and ecom in Australia and expanding Globally. We make high quality pet care products that owners trust and pets actually enjoy, and we're building the team to take it worldwide.

We're after a sharp, analytical Sales & Commercial Coordinator to work alongside our Head of Sales & Operations.

This is the engine-room role: you'll support the reporting, pricing and promotional admin that keeps our retail accounts humming, and free up senior time for strategy and growth. If you are highly organised and like turning messy numbers into a clean story and getting things over the line on deadline, you'll thrive here in our small team.

What you'll actually do

Build the weekly sales-vs-forecast and category performance reporting that drives our decisions

Run promotional and pricing admin across retailer portals — Woolworths, Coles, Metcash, Petbarn, Petstock, Amazon and more

Keep the promo calendar, forecasts and margin models accurate and on time

Support our international rollout — distributor onboarding, launch tracking, competitor research

Pitch in across NPD, cost submissions and supply chain when the team needs cover

What you'll bring

2–3 years minimum in FMCG, retail or consumer goods in a sales support,



coordination or commercial role

Genuinely strong Excel and a head for detail — you catch the errors before anyone else does

Comfort moving quick across retailer portals and internal systems

Organised, self-directed, and calm when three deadlines land at once

Xero, Cin7 or similar ERP experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
