About the Role
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations while leading by example on the floor. This is a agile, fast‑paced role requiring flexibility and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team
- Lead shifts and step into leadership responsibilities when required
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand and quality standards
- Support training and development of team members
- Conduct room inspections and ensure attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience (supervisory experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
- Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster
- Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
