About Us

LS Kitchen Pty Ltd, trading as Mooink Premium BBQ, is a well-established Korean BBQ restaurant located in 178 turton street Sunnybank, Queensland 4110. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Chef to join our professional kitchen team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Korean cuisine, thrives in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, and is committed to delivering high-quality food and excellent kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, season and cook a variety of Korean dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Plan and organise daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality, portion control and presentation standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with Australian food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff where required.




- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment.
- Work effectively during busy lunch and dinner service periods.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification), or at least three years of relevant commercial cookery experience.
- Minimum two years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.
- Experience with Korean cuisine is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.
