Sonnel Hospitality Group is seeking a Gaming Manager for Grand Hotel Rockdale in Sydney. You will oversee daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections, ensuring guest satisfaction and strict compliance with policies and cash control.
We require RSA, RCG and ARCG competency cards, 1–2 years of venue management experience, hands-on leadership, excellent people skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team across varying shifts. A National Police Check is part of our due diligence process.
