FernwoodBankstownis looking for female receptionists to join our team as a casual employee. Position involves shifts Monday - Friday up until 8pm as well as weekends. Must be able to commit to up to 30 hours per week.

1. 1. Greeting members in a friendly and professional manner
2. 2. Handling all member requests and enquires in an efficient and effective manner
3. 3. Ensure all financial transactions and communications are completed accurately and thoroughly
4. 4. Support sales staff in conducting tours and with membership sales
5. 5. Member retention calls to new and existing members

Position requirements:

1. 2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
2. 3. Ability to work and communicate with a wide range of people
3. 4. Exceptional computer literacy - Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
4. 5. Excellent problem solving skills
5. 6. Ability to work under pressure resolving issues promptly and effectively
6. 7. Must have experience working in a busy workplace
7. 8. Experience in sales preferable but not necessary
