About the Role
2 x Positions Available
Full Time- 38 hours per week
Offices located at Cardiff, East Maitland and Singleton
Participation in an on-call rotating roster
In this position, you will provide support, supervision, and monitoring to a team of Caseworkers and Family Support Worker's across the Aboriginal Family Preservation Program as well as the Safe and Robust Programs.
The Family Services team provides supports to vulnerable Aboriginal families with children 0-17. Keeping children and young people at home safe with their families is the primary objective of the Family services programs, preventing Aboriginal children and young people from entering the care system as well as reducing any future contact with child protection services.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Supporting the team to deliver a high level of Case Management and support to achieve outcomes
Lead and Family Services team to to support the implementation of effective decision making, risk management process across all programs
Assist the Family Services team to identify and facilitate and activities or groups to benefit Families.
Preparation and completion of reports for the funding body, monitoring statistically data for each program.

Location
While both Aboriginal Family Preservation Programs and Safe and Strong program covers the Hunter and Upper Hunter Region for program delivery, the successful application has the flexibility to work across Muloobinba's Cardiff, East Maitland and Singleton Offices.
Remuneration
A remuneration package will be paid in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award, with the annual salary ranging from $120 - 124K plus superannuation, leave loading, and salary sacrifice.
Full salary packaging is offered through Community Business Bureau.
Salary is based on experience and qualifications, and wages can be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Participation in an on-call rotating roster
COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (minimum of 2 doses)
