Pre-Employment and Corporate Health Manager - Allied Heath

Most allied health roles are defined by who you treat. This one is defined by the system you build to get them there.

Optimum Health Solutions is establishing a dedicated pre-employment and corporate health screening service, and we need a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to lead it. Not to step into something ready-made. To build it from scratch and run it.

As Pre-Employment and Corporate Health Manager, you will design the operational model, develop the screening protocols, set up the triage and workflow systems, and manage delivery across multiple corporate client contracts. You will be the primary clinical and operational lead for everything that happens between a contract being signed and a result being delivered.

This is not a pure clinical role and it is not a pure management role. It is for someone who is clinically credible, operationally minded, and confident enough to represent Optimum in front of corporate clients.

What you'll be doing

Designing the pre-employment and corporate health screening service model from the ground up

Developing standardised screening protocols, triage workflows, and client reporting tools

Managing end-to-end delivery across multiple corporate contracts simultaneously

Conducting pre-employment functional assessments,



musculoskeletal screenings, and fitness for work evaluations

Managing corporate client relationships and serving as the primary operational contact

Building and supervising a team of practitioners as the service scales

What you'll bring

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology

Current AHPRA registration and APA or ESSA membership

4+ years post-graduate experience with exposure to occupational health, pre-employment screening, or workplace health

Strong functional and musculoskeletal assessment skills

Confidence working in corporate environments with non-clinical stakeholders

Operational mindset with the ability to manage logistics across multiple sites and contracts

Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across NSW
