Morris Escapes is seeking a talented and hands-on Marketing Manager to help drive the marketing program for our luxury lodge portfolio.

Based in Cairns, this role will support the delivery of marketing campaigns, digital content, social media, PR, partnerships and guest communications across Morris Escapes. Working closely with the CEO, Sales & Reservations and lodge teams, you will play a key role in building awareness, supporting commercial outcomes and ensuring our marketing reflects the outstanding guest experience we deliver.

About the Role

This is a varied and practical marketing role suited to someone who can balance creativity with commercial focus. You will help plan, coordinate and execute marketing activity across digital, social, email, website, PR, collateral, content and partnerships.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns, manage content, support direct guest marketing and ensure all brand materials are accurate, polished and aligned with the Morris Escapes luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of the Morris Escapes marketing plan and campaign calendar.

Coordinate campaigns across digital, social, email, web, PR, partnerships and collateral.

Manage social media planning, posting, community engagement and content coordination.

Develop and maintain marketing collateral, sales tools and trade materials.

Oversee CRM: EDMs, newsletters and direct guest communications.

Work with Sales & Reservations to ensure offers, packages, rates, inclusions and booking information are accurate.

Manage PR activity, media enquiries, influencer activity and content famils.

Coordinate photographers, videographers, agencies, designers and other suppliers.

Monitor and report on marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.





Support partnerships with tourism bodies, aligned brands and promotional partners.

Work closely with Sales and lodge teams to support business needs

About You

You are a proactive, detail-focused marketer who enjoys working across both strategy and execution. You are comfortable writing copy, coordinating campaigns, managing deadlines, briefing suppliers and working with a broad range of stakeholders.

You will bring:

5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in tourism, travel, hospitality, accommodation, luxury lifestyle or destination marketing.

Strong written communication, editing and proofreading skills.

Experience managing social media, email marketing, website content and campaign assets.

A positive understanding of digital marketing and campaign reporting.

A strong eye for detail, quality and brand consistency.

A commercial mindset and interest in how marketing supports enquiry, bookings and revenue.

A collaborative approach and confidence working with operational teams.

Experience in luxury tourism or premium hospitality will be highly regarded.
