Full - Time | Gold Coast | Social Media Agency | Real Estate Industry Focus

Are you highly organised, creative, and ready to take full control of client social media accounts in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Client Account Manager (Social Media) to join our growing team at Social Lab.
Real estate industry experience is necessary.
Assistant, admin or similar role would be perfectly fit , as the majority of our clients operate within the property industry.

You’ll be the direct point of contact for your own portfolio of clients - primarily in the real estate space - managing their content calendars, strategy, and performance across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and more. This is a full-time role where autonomy, initiative, strong communication, and an understanding of real estate processes are key.

What You’ll Be Doing

- End-to-end management of client social media accounts (posting, scheduling, approvals)

- Daily communication with clients to provide updates, gather content, and build strong relationships

- Develop creative strategies to grow accounts and improve performance

- Use Canva,



to create on-brand social content

- Analyse results and proactively suggest improvements

- Work autonomously while still being a key part of our team-oriented team

- Paid Ad Management (trained in house)

What We’re Looking For

- Real estate admin or previous marketing experience is highly regarded

- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with elite organisation

- A self-starter with strong communication and creative thinking skills

- Confident in using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite , and other scheduling platforms

- Team player who contributes to a fun and supportive workplace
