About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and service team, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional ownership experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
- Understanding customer needs and accurately documenting repair orders
- Providing service recommendations and upselling additional maintenance where appropriate
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Liaising with technicians and workshop controllers
- Preparing invoices and processing vehicle handovers
- Delivering a premium customer experience at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
- Current driver's licence
